10. Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are custom-printed specifically for each customer, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or change of heart.
The "Make it Right" Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was sent, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue to initiate a replacement.
Cancellations: Once an order is sent to our printing partner (usually within 2–4 hours), we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
